Dr. Bentley is a board certified orthodontist practicing in Georgetown and has been seeing patients since 1987.
Dr. Bruce Bentley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Emory and Henry College in Emory, Virginia, and graduated magna cum laude from The Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry where he also completed his orthodontic residency. Dr. Bentley has been practicing since 1987 and is a published author in both The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and The Angle Orthodontist.
While practicing in Lynchburg, Virginia, Dr. Bentley served on the Board of Directors of the Medical College of Virginia Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation and was also a past president of the Lynchburg Dental Society. He is a current member of the American Association of Orthodontics and is board certified by The American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bentley is married to wife and office manager, Linda, with whom he has three children. Brooke is a sophomore at Baylor University, where he and Linda enjoy going to watch football and baseball games, Bruce III lives and works in Austin as a commercial real estate broker, and Luke lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia with the Atlanta Braves.
Dr. Bentley moved to the great state of Texas to be closer to family. While in Virginia, Dr. Bentley owned Central Virginia Orthodontics, which operated under several locations and employed several other orthodontists in addition to Dr. Bentley.
The Bentley family loves pets as much as they love people, and owns 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 horses. In his free time Dr. Bentley enjoys Braves baseball, building and working around the ranch, and feeding treats to his trusty companions and sidekicks, Tillman and Bailey.
